• VIEW YOUR WORK SCHEDULE: Easily access and manage your work schedule on your mobile device. Check your assigned shifts, review shift details, and receive push notification reminders before each shift.
• FIND COVERAGE FOR YOUR SHIFT: If you can't make it to work, no worries! Post your shift on the Shift Marketplace and locate coverage from another team member. Upon manager approval, your shift is covered!
• PICK UP EXTRA WORK SHIFTS: Looking to earn additional income? Browse available work opportunities on the Shift Marketplace and pick up shifts. Simply tap on a shift to apply, and once approved, you're ready to work!
• COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR TEAM: Stay connected with your coworkers without sharing phone numbers. Utilize the Community tab to send direct messages or post multimedia content on team channels.
• REQUEST TIME OFF: Easily submit time-off requests for days you need off on your calendar. Keep track of accrual balances and submit requests for manager approval.
• TAKE VOLUNTARY TIME OFF: When Voluntary Time Off (VTO) opportunities arise, apply for a day off with a simple tap. Once approved, enjoy your free day!

ADMIN FEATURES:

• POST OPEN SHIFTS: Broadcast individual or multiple open shifts instantly. Simply post a shift, include a description, select the appropriate group, and manage applications as they are received.
• APPROVE AND DENY SHIFTS: Review and manage shift swap applications among team members or for manager-posted shifts. Conveniently handle multiple applications within a single shift card.
• VIEW TEAM ROSTERS: Stay organized by managing daily rosters and tracking employee work schedules. Monitor job positions and shift timings, and add Open Shifts and VTOs directly from the roster card.
• POST ANNOUNCEMENTS: Share announcements along with read receipts. Dispatch announcements to your location's team channel and track which team members have acknowledged the messages.
• SHARE PHOTO SCHEDULES: If still using paper schedules, capture a photo of the printed schedule to circulate within your team. Team members can conveniently access the schedule in their shift calendars.
• MANAGE USERS & GROUPS: Review all location team members and approve or deny user requests for location access. Establish new groups for shift posting and communication channels to streamline messaging.
